מתי אהיה זכאי לכניסה ללא תשלום לטרקלין עסקים?

על מנת ליהנות מההטבה, יש להזין לפחות 24 שעות לפני מועד ההמראה את מספר הטיסה בתיק הנסיעה שלך באפליקציה (במרחב הטיסות). השירות אינו תקף בטיסות שכר (לואו-קוסט).




מי זכאי לקבל את שובר הכניסה לטרקלין עסקים?


כל נוסע אשר רכש פוליסת נסיעות באופן פרטי, ונוסעים עסקיים מטעם המעסיק, בהנחה שמספר הטיסה הוזן לתוך האפליקציה 24 שעות לפני הטיסה.

בנסיעה פרטית, במידה ויש יותר מנוסע אחד, ניתן להוסיף את פרטיו ומספר הטיסה לטובת הזכאות.




הטיסה שלי עוכבה למעלה מ-3 שעות, האם אני זכאי לפיצוי מחברת התעופה?


במידה ויזוהה עיכוב מעל 3 שעות בטיסה, או ביטול טיסה (למעט טיסות אל-על), תקבל מייל מחברת AIR HELP לבדיקת הזכאות והגשת המסמכים הרלוונטיים לטובת הגשת התביעה מול חברת התעופה. השירות הייחודי שלנו בGINGER בשיתוף חברת AIR HELP יינתן לכל נוסע אשר הזין את מסר הטיסה שלו באפליקציה לפחות 24 שעות ממועד הטיסה.




נסעתי לנסיעה עסקית, וברצוני להגיש בקשה להחזר ההוצאות האישיות שלי מול המעסיק. האם ניתן ואיך?

החלטתי לשלב נסיעה פרטית עם הנסיעה העסקית. האם ניתן לרכוש כיסוי ביטוחי גם לנסיעה הפרטית?


כן. ניתן לרכוש ביטוח נסיעות לחו"ל בתנאים ייחודים וספציפיים לימי הנסיעה הפרטית שלי בלחיצה על "רכישת ביטוח נסיעות לחו"ל- פרטי" דרך התפריט.

הפוליסה הינה פוליסה נפרדת , אשר תישלח אליך במייל. חשוב לשים לב- כאשר הנך רוכש פוליסה נפרדת עבור הנסיעה הפרטית (פוליסת המשך לנסיעה העסקית) תפתח בעבורך "נסיעה חדשה" באפליקציה. כאשר הנך עובר לימי הביטוח הפרטי יש להתנהל מתוך נסיעה זו.




לאחר ההגעה ליעד החלטתי לעשות ספורט אתגרי/ספורט חורף. האם ניתן להוסיף את ההרחבה במידה ולא נרכשה בטרם הטיסה ליעד?


לא. ניתן להוסיף רק בטרם היציאה מהארץ. מהרגע שיוצאים מהארץ לא ניתן לשנות את הפוליסה. חשוב לדאוג לכיסוי הביטוחי הנדרש והמתאים בעבורך!




אני בהריון. האם אני יכולה לרכוש ביטוח נסיעה לחו"ל?


כן. ניתן לרכוש ביטוח נסיעות לחו"ל עבור נשים בהריון עד גיל 39 וההרחבה ניתנת עד לשבוע 32 להריון, בכפוף לחיתום ואישור החברה.




אני מרבה לטוס – האם יש אפשרות לרכישת ביטוח שנתי?


כן. ישנה אפשרות לרכישת ביטוח שנתי אשר יהיה בתוקף לאורך כל השנה ואין צורך להפעיל אותו בכל נסיעה. הביטוח בתוקף תמיד ואין צורך לעדכן את חברת הביטוח בכל פעם שטסים. איך זה עובד? יוצרים איתנו קשר במייל ומקבלים את כל הפרטים. הפוליסה מיועדת לאנשי עסקים או אנשים פרטיים אשר טסים לנסיעות קצרות יחסית (עד 30 יום לנסיעה בודדת) ומתחת לגיל 70.

Do I have to create a ‘New Trip’ in the app for a business trip?


No. For business travel on behalf of your employer, a travel folder will automatically be opened for you and you’ll get updates via email and SMS.




When can I get free entry to airport business lounges?


If your flight is delayed for more than one hour, you’ll receive an email with a free entry pass to one of 1,200 airport business lounges around the world.
To enjoy this benefit, you must enter your flight number into the ‘Flights’ section of the app, at least 24 hours in advance of the flight date. The benefit is not valid for charter flights or low-cost airlines.




Who is eligible for a free entry pass to airport business lounges?


Every traveler who purchased personal travel insurance via Ginger or is traveling on a business trip for their employer, as long as the flight number was entered into the app at least 24 hours in advance of the flight date. If there is more than 1 traveler for personal travel, you can add their details and flight number to qualify for entry.




If my flight is delayed for more than 3 hours, am I eligible for compensation by the airline?


If your flight is delayed for more than 3 hours, or if it’s cancelled (El-Al only), you will receive an email from the company AIR HELP to review eligibility and submit the relevant documents needed to file a claim with the airline. This unique Ginger service, in collaboration with AIR HELP, is provided to every passenger who entered their flight number into the app at least 24 hours in advance of the flight date.




I’m traveling for business and want to submit my personal expenses to my employer for reimbursement. Is that possible? How?


Our travel reimbursement platform is simple and easy to use! When you travel on behalf of your employer, your employer will open a Travel Folder for you. You’ll log into your trip on the app and in the ‘Expenses’ section, you can input all your expense details, including photos of receipts. After you update all your expenses, you can send the report directly to your employer via the app, in real time during the trip or afterwards. You can even get a copy of the report sent to your personal email for your records.




I’m traveling for business – how can I see a copy of the travel insurance policy and all the relevant forms from my employer?


For a business trip, if your employer has forms or documents for your trip, you can view or download the files from the Travel Folder on the app. In addition, you can view a copy of the travel insurance policy from your employer.




I’ve decided to combine a personal trip with a business trip. Is it possible to purchase travel insurance for the personal part of my trip?


Yes. You can purchase individual travel insurance for international travel for the specific dates of your personal trip. Go to “Purchase personal travel insurance for international trips” view the menu on the app. The policy is a separate policy which will be sent to you via email.
Note: when you purchase a separate, private travel policy (a continuation of the business travel policy), a ‘New Trip’ will be opened for you in the app. When you’re traveling personally, you should manage all personal trip details under that ‘New Trip’.




After I got to my destination, I decided to do adventure or winter sports. Can I add that to my insurance if I did not purchase it before the trip?


No. You can only add it before your flight departs. Once you’ve left Israel, no changes to the policy can be made. It’s important to take care of all necessary and appropriate insurance coverage before your leave for your trip!




I’m pregnant - can I purchase travel insurance for overseas trips?


Yes. Pregnant women can purchase travel insurance for international travel up until age 39 and until week 32 of a pregnancy, subject to approval by the insurance company.




I fly frequently – is there an option to purchase travel insurance for an entire year?


Yes. You can purchase yearly travel insurance for an entire year, without the need to activate it for each trip. The insurance is valid for the entire year, and you do not need to notify the insurance company for each trip. How does it work? We will contact you by email and you will receive the details. The policy is for business or personal travelers who travel for short trips (up to 30 days per trip), under the age of 70.

In case of a medical issue, can I go to any doctor of my choice?


Yes. You can choose which doctor or medical center to go to. There are no restrictions. There is a doctor/medical center locator provided in the Ginger app, through Migdal Insurance.




What should I do if I have a medical issue overseas?


Go to the ‘Medical’ section of the app, click on ‘Doctor Finder’ and find the doctor of your choice. You can, of course, go to any nearby doctor or clinic, even if they’re not listed in the app. There is no obligation to go to a medical provided indicated on the list.
In addition, you can submit a request for a consultation with a doctor in Israel via the app, and the doctor will contact you within 3 hours via telephone or email. In case of an emergency, please go to a hospital or emergency clinic to receive immediate medical assistance. Reimbursement requests can be made via the app, and if all valid documents are submitted, reimbursements will be made in up to 3 hours to the credit card listed.
The Israel Medical Association (IMA) Emergency Medical Assistance Center is available 24/7 by telephone: +972-3-920-6912.




Is there a deductible in case of reimbursement for medical expenses?


No. There is no deductible for medical reimbursement claims.




Is there a deductible in case of reimbursement for lost luggage or baggage claims?


No. There is no deductible for claims for lost or late luggage or baggage. Deductibles only apply in the case of theft or lost of a laptop ($100) or mobile phone ($30), as long as you added them to the insurance policy beforehand.




Is it up to me to call a doctor overseas and make an appointment?


Yes. It is also recommended that you verify the address in case the location has changed.

Reimbursement for late luggage (via the app):

  • A copy of the Lost & Found report from the airport

Reimbursement for damaged or lost luggage:
Reimbursement requests for damaged or lost luggage must be made via email to office@gingerbit.co.il, and not via the app.

  • Police report for lost or stolen luggage, with details of the claim
  • In case of loss or damaged luggage by the airline, the policyholder must first file a claim with the airline and forward the company’s response to us
  • Receipts for expenses incurred as a result of loss/damaged luggage
  • Details of the incident
  • Photo of check or account manager approval where the refund will be made

We recommend that you read the policy and the policy terms to understand the complete scope of coverage. If a reimbursement claim via the app is denied, the policyholder has the full right to apply directly to Ginger in the regular manner upon return to Israel.




What should I do about late luggage?


If you arrived at your destination and you purchased coverage for late luggage, you can submit a request for compensation without a receipt. Go to the ‘Lost & Found’ department and receive confirmation that the luggage was sent to another destination. You must open a refund claim in the ‘Late luggage’ section of the app and submit the document from the Lost & Found department. You are eligible to receive compensation up to $150 for one family. The refund will be made to the policyholder’s credit card only.




What should I do if an insurance incident happens while I am overseas?


For policyholders, standing medical assistance for people abroad is available 24 hours: +972-3-920-6912




I had to shorten my trip – is it possible to get credit for the difference of days for the insurance I purchased?


Yes, only after you’ve returned to Israel. You must take a photo of the return flight ticket and approval of entry into Israel (passport entry date / other entry confirmation). The request should be made to Ginger, and we’ll arrange credit for the difference.




I had to shorten or cancel my trip – do I get any compensation?


If you purchased insurance, you can get compensation up to $6,000 (according to the details of the coverage purchased) only in instances where the cancelation or shortening of the trip was caused by hospitalization of more than 24 hours or death of the policyholder or member of the policyholder’s nuclear family. Compensation will be made only in these instances.




What does insurance with ‘cancellation for any reasons’ cover?


Insurance with ‘cancellation for any reasons’ allows the policyholder to insure the cost of the flight ticket in the event of a last-minute cancelation, for any reason, and to receive a refund. You can cancel a flight up to 12 hours in advance and receive up to 80% (limited to $20,000 per passenger, excluding any reasons related to the airline or travel agent).


You can purchase coverage for boat trips, hotels, and tickets to attractions, in addition to the cost of the flight.




When can I purchase insurance with ‘cancellation for any reasons’?


The insurance can be purchased for a maximum of 7 days after purchasing the flight ticket (from the date the flight is confirmed), and only for tickets that are at least 8 days before the date of departure from the country. This means we can issue insurance even on short notice!





In case of a medical issue, can I go to any doctor of my choice?
