כן. לאחר הקמת תיק הנסיעה ניתן לנהל וליהנות משירותי GINGER בכל הקשור לנסיעה ולביטוח הנסיעות. מתוך התיק הנסיעה ניתן להמשיך לרכישת ביטוח, ליהנות מכניסה חינם לטרקליני עסקים במידה ויש עיכוב מעל שעה בטיסה, להגיש בקשה להחזר כספי אונליין בגין הוצאות רפואיות ואיחור בכבודה, להזמין התייעצות עם רופא מהארץ, לאתר מוקדים רפואיים, להזמין מט"ח, ישירות לנתב"ג, לעקוב אחר הוצאותיכם ולהגישם למעסיק ועוד... בנסיעה עסקית מטעם המעסיק – תיק הנסיעה ייפתח בעבורכם אוטומטית ותעודכנו במייל.
לא. בנסיעה עסקית מטעם המעסיק – תיק הנסיעה ייפתח בעבורכם אוטומטית ותעודכנו במייל ובסמס.
במידה ויש עיכוב מעל שעה בטיסה, תקבל ישירות למייל שובר כניסה לאחד מ-1,200 טרקליני עסקים בעולם.
על מנת ליהנות מההטבה, יש להזין לפחות 24 שעות לפני מועד ההמראה את מספר הטיסה בתיק הנסיעה שלך באפליקציה (במרחב הטיסות). השירות אינו תקף בטיסות שכר (לואו-קוסט).
כל נוסע אשר רכש פוליסת נסיעות באופן פרטי, ונוסעים עסקיים מטעם המעסיק, בהנחה שמספר הטיסה הוזן לתוך האפליקציה 24 שעות לפני הטיסה.
בנסיעה פרטית, במידה ויש יותר מנוסע אחד, ניתן להוסיף את פרטיו ומספר הטיסה לטובת הזכאות.
במידה ויזוהה עיכוב מעל 3 שעות בטיסה, או ביטול טיסה (למעט טיסות אל-על), תקבל מייל מחברת AIR HELP לבדיקת הזכאות והגשת המסמכים הרלוונטיים לטובת הגשת התביעה מול חברת התעופה. השירות הייחודי שלנו בGINGER בשיתוף חברת AIR HELP יינתן לכל נוסע אשר הזין את מסר הטיסה שלו באפליקציה לפחות 24 שעות ממועד הטיסה.
ממשק החזר ההוצאות העסקיות פשוט ונוח! כאשר הנך טס מטעם המעסיק תיק הנסיעה נפתח בעבורך על ידו. עליך להיכנס לתוך הנסיעה העסקית שנפתחה לך באפליקציה אל תיק הנסיעה שלך, במרחב ההוצאות, ולהזין את פרטי החשבוניות כולל צילום החשבוניות. לאחר עדכון כל ההוצאות תוכל לשלוח את הדו"ח ישירות למעסיק דרך האפליקציה בזמן אמת במהלך הנסיעה, או לאחריה ואף לקבל העתק למייל האישי של דו"ח ההוצאות.
בנסיעה עסקית, במידה והמעסיק תיעד עבורך קבצים/מסמכים לנסיעה, תוכל לצפות ואף להוריד את הקבצים מתוך "תיק הנסיעה" באפליקציה. בנוסף, ניתן לצפות בתמצית העתק הפוליסה שלי מהמעסיק.
כן. ניתן לרכוש ביטוח נסיעות לחו"ל בתנאים ייחודים וספציפיים לימי הנסיעה הפרטית שלי בלחיצה על "רכישת ביטוח נסיעות לחו"ל- פרטי" דרך התפריט.
הפוליסה הינה פוליסה נפרדת , אשר תישלח אליך במייל. חשוב לשים לב- כאשר הנך רוכש פוליסה נפרדת עבור הנסיעה הפרטית (פוליסת המשך לנסיעה העסקית) תפתח בעבורך "נסיעה חדשה" באפליקציה. כאשר הנך עובר לימי הביטוח הפרטי יש להתנהל מתוך נסיעה זו.
לא. ניתן להוסיף רק בטרם היציאה מהארץ. מהרגע שיוצאים מהארץ לא ניתן לשנות את הפוליסה. חשוב לדאוג לכיסוי הביטוחי הנדרש והמתאים בעבורך!
כן. ניתן לרכוש ביטוח נסיעות לחו"ל עבור נשים בהריון עד גיל 39 וההרחבה ניתנת עד לשבוע 32 להריון, בכפוף לחיתום ואישור החברה.
כן. ישנה אפשרות לרכישת ביטוח שנתי אשר יהיה בתוקף לאורך כל השנה ואין צורך להפעיל אותו בכל נסיעה. הביטוח בתוקף תמיד ואין צורך לעדכן את חברת הביטוח בכל פעם שטסים. איך זה עובד? יוצרים איתנו קשר במייל ומקבלים את כל הפרטים. הפוליסה מיועדת לאנשי עסקים או אנשים פרטיים אשר טסים לנסיעות קצרות יחסית (עד 30 יום לנסיעה בודדת) ומתחת לגיל 70.

From your travel folder, you can purchase travel insurance, enjoy free access to airport business lounges for 1+ hour delays, apply for online reimbursements for late luggage or medical expenses, get remote medical consults with doctors from Israel, locate local medical centers, order foreign currency straight to the airport, track your expenses, and more…
No. For business travel on behalf of your employer, a travel folder will automatically be opened for you and you’ll get updates via email and SMS.
If your flight is delayed for more than one hour, you’ll receive an email with a free entry pass to one of 1,200 airport business lounges around the world. To enjoy this benefit, you must enter your flight number into the ‘Flights’ section of the app, at least 24 hours in advance of the flight date. The benefit is not valid for charter flights or low-cost airlines.
Every traveler who purchased personal travel insurance via Ginger or is traveling on a business trip for their employer, as long as the flight number was entered into the app at least 24 hours in advance of the flight date. If there is more than 1 traveler for personal travel, you can add their details and flight number to qualify for entry.
If your flight is delayed for more than 3 hours, or if it’s cancelled (El-Al only), you will receive an email from the company AIR HELP to review eligibility and submit the relevant documents needed to file a claim with the airline. This unique Ginger service, in collaboration with AIR HELP, is provided to every passenger who entered their flight number into the app at least 24 hours in advance of the flight date.
Our travel reimbursement platform is simple and easy to use! When you travel on behalf of your employer, your employer will open a Travel Folder for you. You’ll log into your trip on the app and in the ‘Expenses’ section, you can input all your expense details, including photos of receipts. After you update all your expenses, you can send the report directly to your employer via the app, in real time during the trip or afterwards. You can even get a copy of the report sent to your personal email for your records.
For a business trip, if your employer has forms or documents for your trip, you can view or download the files from the Travel Folder on the app. In addition, you can view a copy of the travel insurance policy from your employer.
Yes. You can purchase individual travel insurance for international travel for the specific dates of your personal trip. Go to “Purchase personal travel insurance for international trips” view the menu on the app. The policy is a separate policy which will be sent to you via email. Note: when you purchase a separate, private travel policy (a continuation of the business travel policy), a ‘New Trip’ will be opened for you in the app. When you’re traveling personally, you should manage all personal trip details under that ‘New Trip’.
No. You can only add it before your flight departs. Once you’ve left Israel, no changes to the policy can be made. It’s important to take care of all necessary and appropriate insurance coverage before your leave for your trip!
Yes. Pregnant women can purchase travel insurance for international travel up until age 39 and until week 32 of a pregnancy, subject to approval by the insurance company.
Yes. You can purchase yearly travel insurance for an entire year, without the need to activate it for each trip. The insurance is valid for the entire year, and you do not need to notify the insurance company for each trip. How does it work? We will contact you by email and you will receive the details. The policy is for business or personal travelers who travel for short trips (up to 30 days per trip), under the age of 70.
Claims & requests for reimbursement
כן. אתם בוחרים לאיזה רופא/ מרכז רפואי ללכת. אין הגבלה. אנו בGINGER מאפשרים באפליקציה, באמצעות חברת הביטוח מגדל, שירות של איתור רופא/ מוקדים רפואיים.
ניתן להיכנס לאזור הרפואי באפליקציה, ללחוץ על איתור רופא, ולנווט אל הרופא שבחרת ע"פ שיקול דעתך. ניתן כמובן לגשת לכל רופא או מרפאה סמוכים, גם אם אינם מופיעים באפליקציה, ואין חובה לפנות לספק רפואי המופיע ברשימה. בנוסף, ניתן להגיש בקשה להתייעצות עם רופא מהארץ באמצעות האפליקציה ורופא יצור איתך קשר תוך 3 שעות בטלפון או במייל. במקרי חירום יש לגשת לחדר מיון או לבית חולים על מנת לקבל טיפול רפואי דחוף. החזרים כספיים ניתן להגיש באמצעות האפליקציה, ובמידה וכל המסמכים תקינים הזיכוי יבוצע עד 3 שעות ישירות לאשראי אשר הוזן.

לא. אין השתתפות עצמית בתביעות על החזרים רפואיים.
אין השתתפות עצמית עבור תביעת כבודה או בגין פיצוי על איחור בכבודה.
השתתפות עצמית תחול רק במקרים של אובדן/ גניבה של מחשב נייד (100$) וטלפון נייד (30$) בהנחה שהוספת את הכיסוי לפוליסה מלכתחילה.

ראשית יש לקבל טיפול בהתאם לבעיה הרפואית, לשלם ולקבל את הסיכום הרפואי והקבלה עבור התשלום. אם יש צורך גם ברכישת תרופות, מומלץ להמתין עם הגשת הבקשה להחזר
באפליקציה עד שיהיו בידך הקבלות עבור כלל ההוצאות הרפואיות. חשוב! שמור את כל המסמכים לצורך הגשת בקשה ההחזר. בכל מקרה ניתן לפנות להכוונה ושירות רפואי מול מוקד החירום של חברת IMA למקרים רפואיים בטלפון 972-3-9206912.
במהלך הגשת הבקשה להחזר באמצעות האפליקציה יש לצלם בנייד את המסמכים הבאים:
בגין תביעה רפואית (דרך האפליקציה):
דו"ח רפואי – מסמך קריא וברור המציין מה הייתה האבחנה ומהו הטיפול שניתן או בוצע.
קבלה על כל תשלום ששולם (רופא, בדיקות דם, צילומים, תרופות).
במידה ומדובר בתאונת דרכים, יש להגיש גם רישיון נהיגה ודו"ח משטרה.
בגין בקשה לפיצוי עבור עיכוב בכבודה (דרך האפליקציה):
צילום של מסמך lost and found משדה התעופה.
בגין תביעת כבודה – נזק/ אובדן:
תביעות עבור נזק או אובדן של כבודה מוגשות דרכנו באמצעות מייל office@gingerbit.co.il ולא דרך האפליקציה.
דו"ח משטרה לאחר הגשת תלונה על אובדן/ גניבה של כבודה ובו פירוט על התביעה.
במקרה של אובדן/ נזק של כבודה ע"י חברת התעופה על המבוטח להגיש קודם תביעה מול חברת התעופה ולהעביר אלינו את תגובת החברה.
קבלות עבור הוצאות שנגרמו כתוצאה מהאובדן/ נזק.
פירוט המקרה.
צילום שיק/ אישור ניהול חשבון אליו יבוצע ההחזר.
ייתכן ויידרשו מסמכים נוספים במידת הצורך. יש לוודא כי המסמכים צולמו באיכות טובה – הגשת המסמך לא ברור עלולה לעכב את קבלת ההחזר.
אנו ממליצים לך לצלם את כל המסמכים הרפואיים לרבות סיכומים רפואיים, קבלות, מרשמים, תוצאות בדיקה והפניות באופן ברור. במידה ומדובר בתאונת דרכים יש לדאוג לשמור גם רישיון נהיגה ודו"ח משטרה.
ניתן להגיש בקשה להחזר במקרים של בעיה רפואית ואיחור בכבודה. בכל יתר הבקשות יש לפנות אל GINGER באמצעות מייל office@gingerbit.co.il.
אישור תביעה נעשית לאחר בדיקת כלל המסמכים. חשוב לנו להדגיש כי כל החזר כפוף לכתוב בסעיפי פוליסת הביטוח של כל מבוטח. אנו ממליצים לקרוא את הפוליסה ואת תנאי הפוליסה על מנת להבין לעומק את היקף הכיסוי. במידה ובקשת ההחזר באמצעות האפליקציה נדחית, למבוטח יש את הזכות המלאה להגיש בקשה ישירות ל-GINGER באופן הרגיל לאחר שובו ארצה.
אם הגעת לחו"ל ורכשת כיסוי לכבודה, ניתן לבקש פיצוי על איחור הכבודה ללא צורך בהגשת קבלות. יש לגשת לדלפק אבידות ומציאות בשדה התעופה ולקבל אישור על כך שהכבודה נשלחה ליעד אחר. יש לפתוח תביעת החזר בגין איחור בכבודה באפליקציה ולהגיש את המסמך מה- lost and found. ניתן לקבל פיצוי עבור בן משפחה אחד בסך 150$ אמריקאי. ההחזר ניתן לכרטיס האשראי של המבוטח בלבד.
לרשות המבוטחים, עומד מוקד סיוע רפואי לשוהים בחו"ל הפועל 24 שעות ביממה: טלפון 972-3-9206912.
כן. רק לאחר חזרתך לארץ. עליך לצלם כרטיס טיסה חזרה ואישור כניסה לארץ (תאריך חותמת בדרכון/ אישור כניסה אחר) ניתן להעביר הבקשה לGINGER ואנו נטפל בקבלת זיכוי בגין ההפרש.
במידה ורכשת כיסוי ביטול/ קיצור מכל סיבה ניתן לקבל פיצוי של עד 6000$ (בהתאם לכיסוי שרכשת) רק במקרים שביטול/ קיצור הנסיעה נגרם כתוצאה של אשפוז של יותר מ- 24 שעות או מוות של המבוטח או בן משפחה ממשפחתו הגרעינית. רק במקרים אלה יינתן פיצוי לפי אומדן הנזק.
ביטוח ביטול טיסה מאפשר לבטח את הוצאות כרטיס הטיסה במקרה של ביטול עד הרגע האחרון, מכל סיבה, ולקבל החזר כספי.
ניתן לבטל עד 12 שעות לפני הנסיעה, ולקבל החזר של עד 80% (מוגבל בתקרה של 20,000$ לנוסע לא כולל סיבות הקשורות לחברת התעופה או ספק התיירות).
ניתן לרכוש כיסוי בגין הוצאות הפלגות, מלונות, כרטיסים לאטרקציות, מעבר לעלות הטיסה.
ניתן לרכוש את הביטוח מקסימום 7 ימים לאחר רכישת הכרטיסים (מיום ההתחייבות לנסיעה) ורק בגין כרטיסים שהם לפחות 8 ימים לפני מועד היציאה מהארץ.
המשמעות היא שאנו מאפשרים לבצע ביטוח גם בהתראה קצרה!
Yes. You can choose which doctor or medical center to go to. There are no restrictions. There is a doctor/medical center locator provided in the Ginger app, through Migdal Insurance.
Go to the ‘Medical’ section of the app, click on ‘Doctor Finder’ and find the doctor of your choice. You can, of course, go to any nearby doctor or clinic, even if they’re not listed in the app. There is no obligation to go to a medical provided indicated on the list. In addition, you can submit a request for a consultation with a doctor in Israel via the app, and the doctor will contact you within 3 hours via telephone or email. In case of an emergency, please go to a hospital or emergency clinic to receive immediate medical assistance. Reimbursement requests can be made via the app, and if all valid documents are submitted, reimbursements will be made in up to 3 hours to the credit card listed. The Israel Medical Association (IMA) Emergency Medical Assistance Center is available 24/7 by telephone: +972-3-920-6912.
No. There is no deductible for medical reimbursement claims.
No. There is no deductible for claims for lost or late luggage or baggage. Deductibles only apply in the case of theft or lost of a laptop ($100) or mobile phone ($30), as long as you added them to the insurance policy beforehand.
Yes. It is also recommended that you verify the address in case the location has changed. The IMA Emergency Medical Assistance Center is available 24/7 by telephone: +972-3-920-6912.
First, get care for your medical issue, make the payment, get a medical summary and take the receipt for your payment. If you also need to purchase medication, we recommend you wait to submit your reimbursement request until you have all the expenses to submit. It’s very important to keep all the documents and receipts for your reimbursement request. If you need assistance or guidance, you can contact the IMA Emergency Medical Assistance Center by telephone: +972-3-920-6912.
When applying for reimbursement via the app, you need to submit photos of the following documents. Reimbursement for a medical issue (via the app):
Medical report – a clear and readable document stating what the diagnosis was and what treatment was given or performed
Receipt of all payments (doctor, blood test, x-rays, medicine, etc.)
In case of a road accident, please submit a copy of your driver’s license and the police report
Reimbursement for late luggage (via the app):
A copy of the Lost & Found report from the airport
Reimbursement for damaged or lost luggage: Reimbursement requests for damaged or lost luggage must be made via email to office@gingerbit.co.il, and not via the app.
Police report for lost or stolen luggage, with details of the claim
In case of loss or damaged luggage by the airline, the policyholder must first file a claim with the airline and forward the company’s response to us
Receipts for expenses incurred as a result of loss/damaged luggage
Details of the incident
Photo of check or account manager approval where the refund will be made
*Additional documents may be required, if needed. Make sure all documents are in good quality. Submission of damaged or unclear documents may delay receiving the reimbursement.
We recommend that you take clear pictures of all medical documents, including medical summaries, receipts, prescriptions, test results and referrals. In case of a road accident, you must submit a copy of your license and the police report.
You can apply for reimbursement in cases of a medical problem or late luggage. For all other requests or claims, please contact Ginger via email at office@gingerbit.co.il.
Approvals of claims will be made after review of all documents. It’s important for us to emphasize that each reimbursement is subject to the written details stipulated in each policyholder’s insurance policy. We recommend that you read the policy and the policy terms to understand the complete scope of coverage. If a reimbursement claim via the app is denied, the policyholder has the full right to apply directly to Ginger in the regular manner upon return to Israel.
If you arrived at your destination and you purchased coverage for late luggage, you can submit a request for compensation without a receipt. Go to the ‘Lost & Found’ department and receive confirmation that the luggage was sent to another destination. You must open a refund claim in the ‘Late luggage’ section of the app and submit the document from the Lost & Found department. You are eligible to receive compensation up to $150 for one family. The refund will be made to the policyholder’s credit card only.

Yes, only after you’ve returned to Israel. You must take a photo of the return flight ticket and approval of entry into Israel (passport entry date / other entry confirmation). The request should be made to Ginger, and we’ll arrange credit for the difference.
If you purchased insurance, you can get compensation up to $6,000 (according to the details of the coverage purchased) only in instances where the cancelation or shortening of the trip was caused by hospitalization of more than 24 hours or death of the policyholder or member of the policyholder’s nuclear family. Compensation will be made only in these instances.
